This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career within the automotive industry. As part of a dynamic dealership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations while supporting our sales and finance departments. We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong administrative abilities, solid accounting knowledge, and a collaborative team mindset . What We Offer Competitive compensation Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization Medical and dental benefits after 60 days Supportive team environment Stability with a well-established automotive group Key Responsibilities Post new and used vehicle sales and verify the accuracy of all required paperwork Issue trade payoffs via check or electronic transfer Submit F&I product payables in a timely manner Process F&I product cancellations Process Daily Deposit Manage deal receivables, rebates, and inventory schedules Respond to inquiries from sales management and dealership departments Perform routine accounting tasks and reconciliations Maintain knowledge of automotive title processes Assist with other administrative and accounting duties as needed Qualifications Previous accounting experience required (automotive dealership experience highly preferred) Strong understanding of accounting principles, including credits and debits Experience with CDK dealership management systems is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment If you are looking for a stable career, growth opportunities, and the chance to be part of a respected automotive organization , we encourage you to apply and become part of our team About the Dealership Mills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
