Position:

Accounting Administrative Assistant Studio/Department:
Accounting Rockwell Group, an award-winning architecture and multi-disciplinary design firm, seeks Finance / Accounting Administrative Assistant experience for a fast-paced environment. Superb Communication and organizational skills required.
Role:
Candidate will work directly with Chief Financial Officer and accounting department and will act as a liaison between Chief Financial Officer, partners, and staff members. Responsibilities will include providing administrative support to Chief Financial Officer with strong sensitivity to confidentiality.
Main responsibilities include:
Manage inbox and maintain calendar for Chief Financial Officer by drafting responses, flagging urgencies, and ensuring high-priority items receive timely attention with strong sensitivity to confidentiality and timing Field phone calls for the Chief Financial Officer Complete Chief Financial Officer's weekly timesheet and monthly expense report Act as a communication hub for Chief Finance Officer across departments and studios at Rockwell Group Assist with monthly billing meetings as needed Manage accounting department's absence requests and timesheet approvals Assist with coordination of trainings, events, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or other equivalent degree) Two + years' relevant work experience in similar roles Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and organizational skills Strong time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making skills are a must Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping Interest in architecture and design is a plus Please include resume, cover letter, and salary expectations Proficiency in Deltek VantagePoint, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams is preferred
General Information:
This is a Full Time - In Studio position. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience ranging from $50,000 to $65,000.
