Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Accounting Assistant to Step In and Keep Things Running Step into a contract role supporting a small accounting team where you will handle a mix of payables, receivables, billing, and reconciliation work. This position offers exposure to multiple areas of accounting while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

Process invoices, payments, and daily transactions Support reconciliations and review financial data Assist with billing and documentation verification Respond to vendor and customer account inquiries Follow up on outstanding balances Maintain accurate records in the system Assist with month-end activities

What You Bring:
