Responsibilities:

Prepares and supervises third-party managers who record accounting activities including original transaction entries, general ledgers and other accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. Oversees and reviews the preparation and ensures the timely and accurate completion of financial statements, special accounting records, and compliance required items. Analyzes financial statements and reports results to upper management. Assists in preparation and review of financial budgets and annual audits. Coordinate, oversee and present financial information for committee meetings. Perform special projects as required/requested.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis Proficiency in tax planning and compliance Experience in corporate finance, including budgeting and forecasting. Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation accurately. Familiarity with financial auditing procedures Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements This role requires a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of accounting principles.
