Treasurer/Deputy Clerk - City of Grant

The City of Grant, Minnesota (population ~4,300), a rural community in the eastern Twin Cities metro area, is seeking a part-time Treasurer / Deputy Clerk (~16 hours/week). This position supports the City's financial operations and administrative functions while working closely with the City Administrator / Clerk. Responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, financial recordkeeping, CTAS accounting and reporting, audit and budget support, records management, meeting materials, elections support, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in municipal finance, accounting, clerical administration, or related fields, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with CTAS or similar municipal accounting systems is strongly preferred. Salary range is $30-$38/hour DOQ. Position is PERA-eligible and includes paid time off, flexible scheduling, and limited remote work opportunities. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
