Cross-functional collaboration with departments outside of Finance Hybrid flexibility after the initial onboarding period Work for a company embracing AI and automation within accounting What You'll Be Doing This is a broad, hands-on accounting role where you'll gain experience across multiple disciplines, including: Lead key aspects of the month-end close process Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules Manage Construction-in-Progress (CIP) and Fixed Asset accounting Account for leases, right-of-use assets, and intangible assets Prepare balance sheet reconciliations Assist with financial statement footnotes and technical accounting Support external audits and annual tax reporting Partner with leadership on process improvements and special projects Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and reporting What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree 2+ years of accounting experience Public Accounting (Au di t or Tax) or progressive industry accounting experience Strong knowledge of
U.S. GAAP
