Reports to immediate supervisor. Key Responsibilities Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial reports and accounting data. Process grant reimbursement claims, budgets, and financial reports. Maintain general ledgers for federal, state, and local funds. Reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and establish account codes. Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance with policies, laws, and regulations. Monitor special revenue accounts and grant-funded projects. Assist with budget preparation, year-end reporting, and financial analysis. Enter and maintain accounting data; prepare spreadsheets and reports. Review and process invoices, receipts, vouchers, requisitions, and other financial documents. Respond to inquiries regarding budgets, grants, and special revenue accounts.
