We are process-driven, organized, and focused on growth. This is not a passive front desk role. This position is a key part of our daily operations and customer experience. Position Overview We are hiring a Front Desk Administrative Coordinator who can handle phones, scheduling, customer interaction, and internal support across sales, accounting, and design. You are the first impression of our company and a central hub for communication. You will be expected to stay organized, think ahead, and keep things moving. Core Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Experience Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently Greet clients and create a strong first impression Direct customers and communication to the correct team members Scheduling & Coordination Schedule appointments for designers, measure visits, and installations Manage and maintain company calendar (Google Calendar) Confirm appointments and follow up with customers Sales Support Assist with basic customer inquiries and walk-ins Help guide customers through initial steps of our process Support designers with lead intake and job setup Administrative & Accounting Support Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic accounting tasks Organize and track documents, proposals, and job files Support internal systems (Innergy, Google tools, etc.) Design & Office Support Assist designers with project organization and communication Help keep jobs moving through the pipeline Maintain office organization and cleanliness Minimum Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These) Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, and written) Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Google, email, scheduling tools) Reliable, professional, and proactive Preferred Experience Administrative or front desk experience Experience in construction, cabinetry, or design industry Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge Customer service or sales experience SKC Standards (Non-Negotiable) Ownership
