Sheet Metal Fabricator/Operator - Night Shift Cheney, Washington Monday-Thursday | 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM 4-day work week Paid lunch + 5% shift differential Pay $21.44-$28.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that About Haakon Haakon is an established industrial manufacturer known for quality, reliability, and long-term stability. About the Role We are hiring a Sheet Metal Fabricator/Operator to support the cutting, bending, punching, and fabrication of sheet metal components used in custom commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. This role is hands-on production work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll work with fabrication equipment, prints, measurements, and raw materials to help produce high-quality custom components. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work safely around industrial equipment. This is a safety-sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.
