Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team for 3 - 4 months starting late September. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance operations. Medical, Vision, and Dental General Daily Tasks Include:
Entering vendor invoices, organizing related documentation, and tracking project manager approvals. Locating and attaching documentation to charges. Properly coding vendor invoices by location and account. Communicating with vendors and project managers regarding their invoice status and other questions. Creating, sending, and tracking lien releases. Creating reports related to assigned tasks. Maintaining job details between systems. Misc. tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Associates degree or above in Accounting preferred. 2+ years of previous accounting experience. Excel experience. Microsoft Office experience. Quickbooks Online experience. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. High attention to detail.
Job Type:
Temporary (3-4 months), 40 hours per week.
Pay Range:
$26.00 - $29.00 per hour DOE.
Physical Setting:
In Office, M-F
