Job Description

We're looking for a driven, experienced Canvassing Manager to lead and grow our high-performing neighborhood marketing team! As the Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and managing a team of canvassers while driving daily performance and accountability. You'll lead from the front, track KPIs, motivate your team, conduct field training, and ensure the team is consistently generating quality leads and opportunities.

Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new canvassers Lead and motivate a team of neighborhood marketing representatives Set daily and weekly performance goals and hold the team accountable Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching Train team members on communication, lead generation, and customer engagement Track key performance indicators and provide performance feedback Create a positive, competitive, and team-oriented culture Help develop recruiting strategies to continuously grow the team Work closely with leadership to improve processes and overall production Lead by example and be willing to spend significant time in the field
What We're Looking For:
Previous management, canvassing, recruiting, sales, or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and coaching skills High-energy, competitive, and self-motivated personality Ability to motivate and hold a team accountable Comfortable working outdoors and in neighborhoods Strong organizational and time-management skills Must be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment A "lead from the front" mentality
Job Type:
Full-time, Hourly Pay Range:
$25-33 per hour base , plus monthly bonus ranging from $1,500-3,000.
Physical Setting:
Monday - Friday, In-Office and Field
