COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
Billing
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Participate in the preparation & maintenance of financial statements & records
Ensure financial processes are in compliance with local, state & federal sales tax laws
Multi-task a must
Answering some phone calls
Filing
Payroll backup
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Business or Accounting
3 or more years of accounting experience
Previous accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
