Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team while ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Based in Brea, California, this position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the accounts payable team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Oversee the coding and processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate and execute check runs and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for accounts payable procedures and systems.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Prepare and review reports related to accounts payable activities and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and attention to detail.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to accounts payable.
