Supervisor of Accounting (Accounts Receivable) Pasadena, CA | Onsite, Monday-Friday Direct Hire | Salary up to $75,000 We are partnering with an established law firm in Pasadena to hire a Supervisor of Accounting focused on Accounts Receivable. This role will report directly to the Controller and play a key part in billing, collections, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounts receivable operations, including billing and collections Lead and support a small team of 1-2 entry-level accounting staff Work with billing systems and large data sets; assist with basic reporting and analysis Collaborate closely with accounting leadership to ensure accurate and timely AR processes Qualifications Prior AR experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment Comfortable working fully onsite in Pasadena Experience learning new systems and handling detailed financial data Interest in long-term growth and career progression within accounting leadership Career Growth This position offers clear upward mobility, with the opportunity to evolve into an Accounting Manager and, over time, an Assistant Controller role.
