Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Controller / Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with general accounting experience who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic, hands-on environment. The position plays a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, with a strong emphasis on accounts payable.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes (primary responsibility) Perform bookkeeping duties using our in-house point-of-sale (POS) system Assist with payroll processing and related reporting Support HR-related administrative tasks Handle insurance documentation and coordination Prepare and assist with tax statements and filings Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
General accounting or bookkeeping experience required Basic understanding of accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with accounting software and willingness to learn new systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred (but not required): Experience with POS systems Familiarity with payroll and HR functions
