This individual serves as the central point of coordination between company principals, project managers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and Harvester's bookkeeper. The primary responsibility of the Senior Accounts Manager is to ensure that the financial and administrative side of every Design-Build project remains organized, accurate, timely, and professionally managed from contract execution through final payment and project closeout. This position will oversee day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable administration, including client deposits, milestone invoicing, payment tracking, collections, subcontractor and vendor invoices, project cost documentation, and coordination with Harvester's bookkeeper. The Senior Accounts Manager will work closely with Project Managers to understand project schedules, completed milestones, upcoming billing events, approved expenses, and changes that may affect individual project accounts. The role will also manage the administrative execution and organization of client contracts, subcontractor agreements, change-order documentation, W-9s, certificates of insurance, vendor records, and other required project documentation. As Harvester's primary front-of-house administrative presence , the Senior Accounts Manager will oversee the company's general phone line and email account, professionally directing inquiries from prospective clients, existing clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other partners to the appropriate member of the Harvester team. This position requires someone who is exceptionally organized, financially minded, proactive, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of critical details. The successful candidate should be able to recognize outstanding items before they become problems, communicate clearly with both clients and internal team members, and maintain accurate systems across multiple active projects simultaneously. The Senior Accounts Manager is not simply an administrative support position. This individual will be expected to take ownership of the financial and administrative health of Harvester's Design-Build project portfolio and provide company leadership with consistent visibility into receivables, payables, contracts, billing milestones, and other outstanding financial or administrative obligations.
