Less than 10% Position Overview This is a team lead for the Revenue Cycle Management Department (RCM). It is a position that will evolve as the company and team grow. The candidate is expected to have experience in dental revenue cycle and be willing to learn and grow with the company. This role will likely have direct reports but also have day-to-day duties working alongside our Patient Accounts team.
Essential Functions:
Manage a small team of revenue cycle employees Handle basic training for existing and new team members Assist in the hiring process of any new employees added to the team Work with direct manager and other peers on the RCM team to develop and implement new tools, reporting and processes Work with other departments, such as IT and Operations, as needed to implement RCM processes Become proficient in all areas of the RCM department. Verification, Posting, Insurance and Patient A/R, Claims, Authorizations, etc. Commitment to uphold, represent, and adhere to the company's Mission and Values. Other duties as assigned. Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience At least 3 years in a dental position with revenue cycle responsibilities Basic knowledge of Microsoft software including Team, Work, Outlook, Excel Physical Requirements While performing computer work, sedentary work that may involve sitting or standing for prolonged periods
