To Apply for this Job Click Here Accounts Payable Manager - Windsor, CT Our client, a growing environmental services organization, is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee high-volume accounts payable operations and support financial process improvements. This role involves managing day-to-day AP functions, leading a team, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across a multi-entity environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounts payable activities, including invoice processing and payment coordination Manage and support a team responsible for accounts payable operations Review account activity, perform reconciliations, and maintain accurate reporting Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address discrepancies and operational needs Assist with system enhancements and standardization of processes Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting guidelines Qualifications 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounting, including leadership experience Experience with close processes, reconciliations, and reporting Experience with ERP systems; implementation or migration experience preferred
