Windsor, CT (Fully Onsite)
Salary:
$120,000 - $125,000 Our client, a global organization in the Greater Hartford area, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join their team during an exciting period of accelerated growth. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to lead a large-scale AP function while helping modernize processes. Key Responsibilities Oversee and perform heavy account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records Manage the full accounts payable process end-to-end, including supervising and developing an AP team Ensure accurate execution of three-way matching for invoices, purchase orders, and receipts Support and manage high-volume transaction processing Play a key role in rebuilding and optimizing AP processes, including supporting AI and automation integration initiatives Qualifications Proven management experience within an Accounts Payable function Strong ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or 10+ years of relevant AP experience Demonstrated experience with process improvement, automation, or system implementations is a plus Click here to apply online #INJUN2026
