AR Billing Supervisor

AR Billing Supervisor - FL (Onsite) Nigel Frank International is working with a growing enterprise-level organization in the consumer goods / beverage space that is looking to hire an AR Billing Supervisor to join their team onsite in Florida. Near Coral Springs & Fort Lauderdale, FL Fully onsite - 5 days/week

Type:

Full-Time Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AR and billing operations in a high-volume environment
• Support invoice processing, reconciliations, cash applications, and account analysis
• Review billing discrepancies, credits, deductions, and customer disputes
• Assist with aging reports, month-end close, and AR reporting metrics
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams
• Help improve billing workflows, controls, and overall AR processes
• Support junior AR/billing staff and help drive operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience within Accounts Receivable and Billing
• Prior experience in a lead, senior, or supervisory capacity preferred
• Strong Excel skills required (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting)
• Experience working in high-volume AR/billing environments
• ERP/accounting systems experience required (Great Plains, SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with deductions/disputes, retailer accounts, or CPG environments is a plus
