Hollywood, FL (in office) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the full AP function across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skilled nursing (SNF) operations , with hands-on experience managing high-volume AP processes, vendor relationships, and payment workflows in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations across multiple facilities Review, approve, and ensure accurate coding and processing of high-volume vendor invoices Manage and execute weekly and monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires) Supervise and support AP staff, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and accountability Reconcile vendor statements and proactively resolve discrepancies Maintain organized, audit-ready AP records and documentation Partner with facility and corporate teams to ensure proper approvals and expense tracking Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals Assist with audits and provide all required AP documentation Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience within skilled nursing facilities (SNF) required Prior experience in an AP leadership or supervisory role preferred Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (QB) or similar accounting systems Experience managing high-volume, multi-entity AP environments Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Compensation $70,000 - $80,000 annually , based on experience Full benefits 401k
