Accounts Payable Supervisor:
- Lead, train, and mentor the Accounts Payable team while overseeing daily operations.
- Manage escalated invoice issues, payment exceptions, and vendor inquiries.
- Monitor reporting, KPIs, and workflow performance to drive operational efficiency.
- Oversee PO-based invoice processing, three-way matching, and discrepancy resolution.
- Partner with operations, procurement, and leadership teams to improve AP processes and support change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and quality standards.
Accounts Payable Supervisor:
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with large ERP systems and high-volume AP environments.
- Background in construction, manufacturing, or another PO-driven environment strongly preferred.
- Experience leading teams through process changes, transitions, or operational improvements.
