Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our accounts receivable department with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will handle the account receivable billing, processing of payments, as well as working with our general contractors and subcontractors in preparing certified payroll documents when necessary. Having your notary is a plus, as weekly documents require notarization. Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable to ensure accurate data entry, timely invoicing, and monthly billing. Set up new projects on network
QuickBooks:
Enter new projects, estimates, create invoices, process payments Monthly General Contractor billing (G702 & G703) Billing Programs (Textura, Procore, Trimble Pay) P&P Bond (if required) File for Lien (if needed)
Certified Payroll:
Programs (LCP Tracker, Kaster, Elation, email)
Change Orders CCIP or OCIP:
Portals (AON, Alliant, Marsh) Back up answering phones Issue cell phones and iPads to employees (when needed) Experience Proven experience managing accounts receivable functions within a small to midsize company environment. Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred Proficiency in Excel formulas, spreadsheets analysis, and Excel data analysis techniques Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in account reconciliation and data entry tasks. Effective communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration across departments involved in financial processes. Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
