full-time Company Description Rennison Companies, an Eagle, Idaho based real estate development company, is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager. Rennison Companies develops ground up residential communities and commercial centers primarily located southern Idaho. We are always looking for talented and trustworthy team players to join our group of planners, designers, constructors and accountants in the development of our exceptional community assets. Role Description The Accounts Payable Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Eagle, ID. This position oversees the full accounts payable cycle, including reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices and pay applications, expense reports, and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing payment runs, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring proper recording of journal entries in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. The Accounts Payable Manager will resolve invoice and payment discrepancies, maintain strong vendor relationships, and collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to support month-end and year-end close. The role also includes implementing process improvements, maintaining internal controls, and supporting audits and compliance activities. Qualifications Strong accounting foundation with skills in accounting. Finance knowledge and experience managing payables within a broader Finance framework. Excellent Analytical Skills for reconciling accounts, identifying variances, and improving processes. Prior experience in accounts payable management or a senior AP role, preferably in real estate or construction. Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, as well as Microsoft Excel and other office tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and commitment to maintaining effective internal controls. Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
