Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable and Credit Manager will lead the credit and collections function and ensure the financial stability of customer accounts while managing a team of A/R Specialists. This role is responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, evaluating credit applications, and managing customer credit limits in alignment with company policies and risk tolerance.

Essential Functions:

Manage accounts receivable and credit functions Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments Review credit applications and establish credit limits using with a credit report. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer credit issues Analyze credit data and make recommendations for credit approvals or denials Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and credit history Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations related to credit management Ability to work with outside agencies or collections

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree plus eight or more years' related experience in transportation, logistics, or project management; or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years' experience management preferably in trucking industry Accountable to company core values:
