Review, process, and track vendor invoices while ensuring required approvals are obtained Oversee accounts payable transactions, payment processing, and check preparation Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation for vendors and internal audits Audit and process timesheets, payroll data, and employee expense reports Prepare weekly payroll batch files and validate payroll accuracy Assist with year-end audit support and other accounting initiatives Qualifications for the
AP Manager:
