Summary We are seeking to hire experienced personnel for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor position. This full-time, in-person employment opportunity offers you experience that will advance your career, knowledge growth, and professional development. Responsibilities As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor your duties will include but not be limited to: Supervise, train and develop Accounts Receivable agents. Perform daily functions including cash deposits, collections, and posting. Mentor agents through floor management, side by side and remote call listening. Answer inbound calls regarding invoices, payments, and account questions. Resolve payment discrepancies through direct communication with customers. Review credit holds and allowances. Prepare and process refund requests. Process and apply payments (cash, check and electronic) to customer accounts for multiple locations. Reconcile journals to receipts and filing. Perform proactive outbound phone outreach to follow up on past-due accounts. Perform other tasks as assigned Requirements The primary requirements of an Accounts Receivable Supervisor are: Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience. Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or lead A/R role. Candidates should have account reconciliation experience. Outstanding work ethic and attendance. Aptitude for treasury websites and possess solid Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
