Customer billing, processing and posting customer payments. Recording and verifying adjustments. Reporting, analyzing and resolving customer inquiries and charge-backs.
Sales and Leasing:
Reviewing sales and rental packages for procedures and completeness and getting appropriate approvals. Communicating with attorneys, title companies and realtors. Processing approvals and updating accounts for sales and rentals. Liaising with other departments as necessary. Ad hoc projects as necessary. Commercial and residential (coops and condos) property management experience preferred
Skills:
Customer service skills- telephone and written. Time management and good follow up skills. Ideal candidate may have these skills:: Skyline software a plus, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook 401K plan, paid vacation, sick and personal days. Healthcare not offered
