Job Description

Our client is seeking a Temporary AP/AR Manager to lead accounts payable and accounts receivable operations during a critical project. This role will oversee daily transactional accounting functions, support process improvements, and help ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day AP and AR operations, including invoicing, collections, payment processing, and account reconciliations. Supervise staff and help maintain accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls. Monitor cash flow activity and support cash management initiatives.

Assist with month-end close, reporting, and resolution of outstanding account issues. Partner with leadership on process optimization and workflow improvements. Support system and reporting tools as needed, including ERP and accounting platforms.
