health, 401k match, 3 weeks PTO + paid holidays Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise AP/AR clerks while remaining hands‑on with daily accounting operations Ensure accurate, timely invoicing; oversee project setup, billing reviews, cash application, reconciliations, and aging analysis Manage collections efforts and maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams Oversee AP processing, including vendor invoices, expense reports, coding, approvals, vendor maintenance, and payment runs Ensure compliance with internal controls and support month‑end close activities for both AP and AR Prepare and deliver reporting on billings, aging, collections, and other accounting metrics What You Need to Bring 5+ years of experience in AR, AP, or accounting operations 2+ years prior supervisory experience is a MUST Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience Familiarity with ERP systems such as Deltek, Vantagepoint, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar is a strong plus #LI-RM1 #LI-onsite #
