Job Description:
Responsibilities Supervise and support a two-person AP/AR team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of work. Oversee invoicing, payments, billing, credit, cash application, and collections. Establish and improve processes across AP and AR functions. Resolve complex vendor, customer, and intercompany account issues. Manage weekly payment cycles, including ACH, checks, and wires. Review receivables aging and drive collection efforts. Complete intercompany reconciliations and support month-end close activities. Assist with GL reconciliations, cash forecasting, audits, and reporting. Partner with Sales and Operations to address billing and customer account issues. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and ERP functionality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Experience supervising or leading AP/AR functions. Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections. Experience with reconciliations and month-end close. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or distribution industry experience. Experience working with multiple entities or locations. ERP system experience and a process-improvement mindset.
