Accounts Payable Manager - Up to $120k + bonus A growing global organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead its AP function. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can manage a team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day AP operations and serving as the organization's primary Coupa subject matter expert. The organization is bringing key accounting functions back in-house, creating an opportunity for this individual to help strengthen processes, improve efficiencies, and build a scalable AP function.

•4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of AP professionals Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment execution and vendor management Serve as the primary Coupa administrator and subject matter expert Manage Coupa workflows, supplier enablement, system configuration and ongoing optimization Oversee AP month-end close, accruals and account reconciliations Manage vendor onboarding, escalations and payment issues Develop and implement process improvements and internal controls Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Treasury Support ERP integrations, system migrations and other strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience 2-3+ years of supervisory or management experience Strong hands-on Coupa experience required Experience with Coupa administration, workflow configuration and supplier enablement Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes and month-end close Coupa certification is a plus

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
