CareLinc is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our collections operations and support our mission of providing dignity and independence to those we serve. As a key leader on our revenue cycle team, you'll oversee collections strategy, guide team performance, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances while maintaining positive customer relationships. What You'll Be Doing Leading and managing the accounts receivable and collections team to ensure strong performance and productivity Developing and implementing effective collections strategies to maximize cash flow and reduce bad debt Monitoring AR aging reports and prioritizing collection efforts on delinquent accounts Reviewing accounts for legal action or write-offs in alignment with company policies Partnering with internal teams (sales, customer service, finance) to resolve billing and payment issues Negotiating payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships Overseeing payment postings and ensuring accuracy in financial records Implementing tools and process improvements to increase efficiency Preparing reports and performance insights for leadership Coaching, training, and developing team members to enhance performance and engagement What We're Looking For Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or revenue cycle management (medical or DME experience preferred) Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams Knowledge of insurance regulations and medical equipment billing practices High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
