Responsibilities for the
Accounts Receivable Supervisor:
Supervise and support a team of Accounts Receivable professionals. Oversee collections and follow up on past-due customer accounts. Manage customer account inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies. Review and monitor billing activities to ensure accuracy. Utilize EDI portals and ERP systems to manage customer transactions. Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reporting. Assist with cash forecasting and financial planning efforts. Identify variances and implement corrective actions when needed. Support process improvements and operational efficiencies within the department. Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding account status and payment issues. Qualifications for the
Accounts Receivable Supervisor:
Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience. Prior leadership experience or a strong senior-level A/R background with a desire to move into supervision. Strong collections and customer account management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs . Experience with ERP systems; Plex experience is a plus .
