About The Opportunity As a Senior Manager within the Finance organization, you will serve as a strategic finance leader and trusted partner to senior executives, owning financial planning and performance for key areas of the business. You will lead the development of financial strategy, translate business objectives into actionable plans, and drive accountability for results. In this role, you will oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with company-wide priorities and growth objectives. You will proactively identify risks and opportunities, shape critical business decisions, and influence the strategic direction of the organization. By partnering cross-functionally with leaders across the organization, you will embed finance into key operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making at all levels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and strong leadership to drive business performance and scale the finance function alongside company growth. Table Experience:

7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, systems implementation, analytics, or related fields

Education:

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management Demonstrated ability to own financial planning and performance for a business unit or function, with strong understanding of P&L drivers Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively Track record of building and scaling financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks High level of ownership, accountability, and bias for action As a matter of company policy, Wonder does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status for this role. Illinois Base Salary :

$134,000-$141,500 per year. Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
