Hybrid - primarily onsite with approximately 1 day per week remote Why This AP Supervisor Position? Step into a key AP leadership role overseeing Accounts Payable activity across five entities. Opportunity to lead, train, and develop AP staff while managing the day-to-day workflow of the department. Flexibility around start and end times within reason. Competitive compensation of up to $75K annually. AP Supervisor Responsibilities Oversee high-volume Accounts Payable transactions and invoice processing across five entities. Prepare and process ACH payments, checks, and wire transfers. Perform credit card, account, and AP reconciliations. Train staff, evaluate performance, and direct daily workflow. Communicate with vendors and resolve payment and invoice-related issues. Assist with Accounts Payable activities related to month-end close. Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within established deadlines. Help maintain efficient AP processes and controls across multiple companies. Preferred Qualifications for the AP Supervisor 5+ years of Accounts Payable leadership or supervisory experience. NetSuite experience required. Experience overseeing a high-volume Accounts Payable environment. Strong credit card and account reconciliation experience. Experience managing AP functions across multiple entities or companies preferred. Month-end close experience preferred. #
