The Supervisor, Accounts Payable will oversee and manage the daily operations of the Accounts Payable department. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial disbursements while leading a dedicated A/P team. In addition to core transactional oversight, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in process optimization, technology implementations, internal control maintenance, and corporate growth initiatives, including merger integration and sister-organization collaboration. This position will serve our Design Air Division , located in Kimberly, WI . This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 4 days (M-Th) onsite and 1 day (Fri) remote per week.
