Compensation:
Up to $50,000 annually Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee daily AP operations for a growing organization in the Worthington area. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead a team, ensure accurate and timely payment processing, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting function. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day accounts payable activities and workflow Review and approve invoices, payment batches, and vendor reconciliations Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls Train, mentor, and support accounts payable staff Assist with month-end close and reporting activities Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies Utilize Workday to process transactions, maintain records, and generate reports Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency Qualifications 3+ years of accounts payable experience Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred Hands-on experience with Workday required Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and controls Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Benefits Hybrid work schedule Competitive salary up to $50,000 Growth and development opportunities Collaborative team environment Comprehensive benefits package If you are a motivated accounting professional with Workday experience and a passion for process improvement, we encourage you to apply #LI-hybrid #
