New River Veterinary Specialists (NRVS) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented person that will oversee inventory management and financial auditing processes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys improving processes, mentoring teams, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced veterinary specialty hospital. Pay $29.00 per hour Full-time Bi-weekly direct deposit Position Summary Inventory management, and auditing of hospital invoices. This position works closely with hospital leadership to improve workflows, maintain inventory, oversee financial accuracy, and provide exceptional service to clients, patients, and referring veterinarians. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Participate as a member of the hospital leadership team. Client Service Client service representatives have all need supplies to function on a day to day basis Oversee accounts receivable processes. Coordinate chart audits and maintain accurate documentation. Auditing & Financial Oversight Audit invoices for accuracy and completeness. Ensure clients are billed correctly and identify billing discrepancies. Support revenue integrity through accurate financial review. Inventory Management Manage medical and office supply inventory. Communicate supply shortages and identify alternative products. Build relationships with vendors and negotiate purchasing needs. Coordinate annual capital equipment planning. Conduct quarterly inventory counts. Maintain efficient ordering systems to support patient care. Referral & Hospital Support Build and maintain strong relationships with referring veterinarians. Maintain referral records and communications. Promote hospital services to the veterinary community. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.Qualifications Preferred candidates will have:
