Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and support the full revenue cycle process across our growing dental group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both operations and team development while ensuring AR processes are consistent, efficient, and continuously improving across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee AR processes including claims, aging, denials, and collections Monitor and reduce outstanding balances (30/60/90+ days) Train and onboard team members on AR workflows and insurance processes Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback Partner with office managers to ensure front-end processes support collections Identify trends and implement improvements across all locations
Qualifications:
3+ years of dental billing and AR experience Strong knowledge of insurance claims, EOBs, and denial management Experience training and supporting team members Multi-location experience preferred Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental preferred)
