Accounts Payable Support Manager / Shared Services Accounts Payable Manager Join my client and lead a high-impact Accounts Payable operation supporting more than 130 locations nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity to drive process improvements, optimize systems, and build a high-performing team while influencing the financial operations of a Fortune 150 organization. Hybrid schedule:

Salary:
$85,000-$95,000 plus bonus. What You'll Be Doing Lead, coach, and develop Accounts Payable teams in a Shared Services environment. Oversee invoice processing and payment operations across 130+ locations. Drive process improvements, automation, and system optimization initiatives. Analyze large data sets, monitor KPIs, and provide operational insights to leadership. Ensure compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and financial reporting. Lead acquisitions, integrations, and finance system implementation projects. About You Be able to do the job as described. Experience leading large-scale Shared Services Accounts Payable operations. Strong background implementing ERP systems and AP process automation. Ability to analyze large data sets to drive operational improvements. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; SAP experience preferred.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
