Responsibilities Auditors have different job duties than Office Assistant such as: They organize and facilitate staff onboarding, they train the staff on all key FB programs, and culinary practices. They also facilitate the training of ServSafe. They monitor and investigate suspicious activities on overrides, over/ shorts, and any other micros programs. They produce daily back-of-the-house Gate Central and Micros reporting, address guest concerns, specifically on refunds. They counsel associates on proper policy/procedures when there is noncompliance, whether on a failed alcohol or PPE audit or even on COGS controls. They generate weekly inventory reports regarding COGS, transfers, and waste, and conduct weekly audits that range from alcohol procedures to security safety audits. On the other hand, Office Assistants handle associate calls and work orders, paperwork and filing, work performance tracking, calling vendors, place work orders, and benefits. Qualifications Must be a High School graduate, diploma or equivalent. Additional education in accounting is preferred. Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement to resolve operational issues. Mathematical aptitude, including computer literacy, 10 key by touch and PC spreadsheet applications. Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
