TEMPORARY

Apparel Quality Auditor to join their Distribution Center in the City of Industry.

Responsibilities:

Perform visual quality inspections of finished apparel throughout the distribution center. Locate assigned purchase orders, styles, and product within designated warehouse areas and inspection lines. Inspect garments for workmanship and overall quality, including: Seams and stitching Fabric defects Garment symmetry and construction Visible damage, irregularities, or non-conformance Labels, hangtags, and care/content information Style, size, and purchase-order accuracy Polybag stickers and packaging information Verify that garment information matches corresponding hangtags, labels, packaging, and purchase-order documentation. Open polybags and handle hanging or packaged garments as required to complete inspections. Identify and escalate suspected quality issues or non-conforming product to the Quality Lead or management team. Conduct additional inspections as directed to help determine defect rates and identify recurring quality issues. Perform 100% inspections of designated purchase orders when required. Maintain accurate handwritten logs of daily inspection activity, including: Purchase orders/styles inspected Inspection quantities Start and completion times Defects or quality concerns identified Additional observations or follow-up required Follow established quality-control procedures and direction from Quality Leads. Maintain organization and accuracy while working across multiple purchase orders and product categories. Support additional quality-control activities as business needs require.
