Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Performs audits of Bingo, EGDs, Card Room, Casino Cage, Food and Beverage and other documentation to ensure that all gaming revenue is properly accounted for and reported.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs revenue audit functions of the cage and vault paperwork, including the review and reconciliation of cage transactions with source documentation. Performs revenue audit functions for Blackjack, Pai Gow, other Class III Card Games and Poker, including review and reconciliation of table game fills, credits, openers and closers. Generates daily statistical reports for all table games. Performs Bingo and Pull Tab revenue audit functions. Performs Bingo and Pull Tab paper transactions audit. Generates Bingo and Pull Tab reports for management review. Performs revenue audit functions for food and beverage, including being present for monthly physical inventories. Performs revenue audit functions for gift shop, including being present for monthly physical inventories. Posts data into spreadsheets and databases. Performs other departmental income audits as directed. Prepares exception reports for violations noted during audits. Performs other general office and accounting duties as directed by the Audit Manager. Adheres to all personnel and department policies and procedures. Abides by Casino's confidentiality policies. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED with at least one year's experience in accounting and/or data entry and general knowledge of accounting functions and computer data entry; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to perform assigned duties in highly interruptive conditions. Ability to accurately and efficiently use a ten-key pad. Ability to perform assigned job duties under constant time pressures. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet programs. Organizational, prioritizing and record keeping skills. Must be detail-oriented. Must meet standards established for a key gaming license. Must pass initial drug screen and random drug tests conducted thereafter.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
Performs duties in a well-lighted, ventilated and temperature-controlled office environment. Occasional exposure to a smoke-filled, noisy environment.
