You'll lead teams of senior accountants on complex client engagements while staying hands-on with the work that matters. Job Duties Lead teams of senior and staff accountants on complex international engagements Oversee planning, scheduling, and quality review of audit and accounting work\ Mentor and coach accounting professionals with both formal and informal feedback Drive business development and expand existing client relationships in the Hong Kong/China market Conduct or participate in technical training on IFRS, tax compliance, and audit procedures What You Need Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent 5+ years of progressively responsible experience Deep working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Hands-on experience with Hong Kong and China tax compliance For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
