Audit Manager Assurance Manager Position Overview The Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing audit and assurance engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing expert guidance to clients. This role involves managing a team, developing audit strategies, and fostering strong client relationships while enhancing the quality of our assurance services. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion. Ensure compliance with SEC and PCAOB regulations throughout the audit process. Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and completeness. Develop audit strategies and risk assessments to identify areas of concern and improve client operations. Mentor and train junior staff, providing feedback and guidance for professional development. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and assurance services. Strong knowledge of SEC and PCAOB regulations.
