You'll lead client engagements, manage and develop talented teams, strengthen key client relationships, and play an active role in the continued growth of the firm.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple client engagements from planning through completion Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients Manage engagement budgets, timelines, staffing, and deliverables Coach, mentor, and develop accounting professionals Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver additional value to clients Build strong, long-term client relationships Participate in networking and business development efforts Ensure work meets high standards for accuracy, quality, and compliance

Requirements:
