Exciting Accounting & Audit Manager opportunity where you'll join a well-established, full-service accounting and advisory firm in Modesto! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced public accounting professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll lead client engagements, manage and develop talented teams, strengthen key client relationships, and play an active role in the continued growth of the firm.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple client engagements from planning through completion Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients Manage engagement budgets, timelines, staffing, and deliverables Coach, mentor, and develop accounting professionals Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver additional value to clients Build strong, long-term client relationships Participate in networking and business development efforts Ensure work meets high standards for accuracy, quality, and compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA designation or progress toward CPA certification preferred 4-6+ years of public accounting experience 2+ years of experience supervising accounting professionals Strong knowledge of GAAP, journal entries, and reconciliations Proven client management experience Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail 11173 ​​​​​​​ If you're a driven accounting professional who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and making an impact, we'd love to connect with you! #IND3
Pay:
$105,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
