Auditor

Our firm is currently searching for an experienced auditor to join our team! We are seeking someone with at least two years of public accounting experience who is motivated and personable with strong leadership abilities, including exceptional technical skills and a good work ethic. You will be working among a productive and proactive team with a focus on meeting the needs and deadlines of the firm and its clients.

Responsibilities:

Work with the audit team to provide a high quality audit engagements with a focus on not-for-profit clients Identify and communicate significant internal controls matters to the audit team and client Maintain and apply a foundational knowledge of industry-specific accounting literature Participate in client and engagement team discussion and meetings Prepare work papers and client deliverables that meet the firms and professional standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, a minimum of 2 years of experience in audit and assurance services Individual must be able to multi-task, work with a team, and serve our clients with excellence Individual must be actively pursuing a CPA license in California or be eligible to be licensed as a CPA in California Experience with Prosystem fx Engagement a plus

• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, including knowledge of corporate taxes, corporate reporting, and income tax reporting.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
