Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Auditor to join our quality assurance team. In this vital role, you will ensure that manufacturing processes and products meet stringent industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our quality systems, support continuous improvement, and uphold the highest levels of compliance across all operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety, reliability, and excellence of our products in a dynamic environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive quality audits across manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to
ISO 13485, ISO
9001, CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations. Perform detailed inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Collect and analyze data related to quality control metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Evaluate compliance with quality management systems through regular internal and external audits. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions based on audit findings and ensure ongoing compliance. Maintain meticulous records of audit activities, inspection results, and non-conformance reports for traceability and reporting purposes. Support calibration and maintenance of measurement tools and inspection equipment to ensure accuracy. Requirements Proven experience in quality audits within manufacturing or related environments. Strong knowledge of
ISO 13485, ISO
9001, CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively for decision-making. Familiarity with quality systems such as QA/QC protocols, quality assurance processes, and quality management principles. Experience conducting quality inspections and implementing corrective actions in a manufacturing setting. Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
