RESTAURANT TRAINER/ AUDITOR
Lee's Sandwiches needs responsible and committed people with the ability to handle and deliver the quality and guest service that defines our brand. While we look for you to bring the right skills and personality for this position, we'll also provide the training and support you need to continue to grow and advance.
Essential Job Functions:
Be on the front-line leading new franchise openings Ability to learn and perform all store operation Ability to train new team member job duties and functions Supports restaurant in supervising team that delivers effective results in the areas of quality, guest service, operation profitability, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation. General knowledge of computers, POS systems, and various electronic devices. Assists with conducting food safety audits Help to coach and train on safety and operation audits Other duties related to career Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Food Science, Business Administration, Hospitality, Quality Assurance, or related field. Minimum 2 years of auditing, quality assurance, training, restaurant, food production, or operations experience preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to travel as needed. Bilingual English/Vietnamese preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in retail, warehouse, and food production environments.
